Our new book for Laurence King reveals how architects maximise the potential of daylight to create unique illuminated spaces. The front cover uses an atmospheric shot from the Chapel of St Lawrence in Finland. Twelve buildings are examined, using photographs, drawings and plans. Each case study also includes technical analysis diagrams, specially created using specialist software. Our page design uses a diagonal tint running across the section openers which references the shafts of light and shadows which often feature in the photography.
